In our endeavors to support sustainable food systems, Dhriti Bio Solutions invented a sustainable protein isolation technology from economical and best carbon sink resource.
DBS identified Moringa oleifera, a perennial plant to be a rich source of protein and also the best known carbon sequestering plant (20 times more C02 than general vegetation). At DBS, we developed a novel technology to isolate proteins with limited use of water and with no salting in/salting out/solvents.
Moringa protein isolation technology was optimized for cost effectiveness. The said technology is disruptive, economical and organic in nature.
